NCLEX RESULTS how long until rules are posted.

Published

I just took my Nclex today. I finished kinda fast and had 75 questions. Most of mine were select all that apply and prioritize pts which of course left me thinking I got them all wrong :-(.

I'm so nervous I have already started working with my IP and really don't want to have to say I failed. But how long does it take for breeze to update. Like what's the fastest people are finding out right now in california?

Just 2 years ago, I took the exam and my license posted something like 35 hours after taking the exam. Since California doesn't participate in the Quick Results, you won't know for certain if you've passed or failed the exam until you see your license or you get a report in the mail saying you failed.

The PVT won't likely be all that accurate for at least 24 hours and even that's not guaranteed. Wait 48 hours before you try it, keep your eye on the BreEZe website in the meantime. Once they cancel your IP, they're working on your file. Once they do cancel that IP, you cannot work in nursing as you no longer have an IP to work under. Since you have an IP, you likely would find out pretty quickly if they'll issue you a license.

The key thing for the PVT is that if the system tries to collect $200 from your card whether or not there are sufficient funds on it, the fail flag has been set in the billing system and since the exams are graded twice, 2nd is definitive pass/fail, until the 2nd scoring is done (they won't tell you when this happens), you can lose $200 by trying the PVT and still pass the exam, the money is not refundable.

Hi! I found out about 40 hours later that I passed when I checked the ca breeze site. I happened to get up at 5am to pee and decided to check and my name was there! So you don't even have to wait exactly 48 hours.

How'd you do Christina Marie??
