If you got the "good popup" after 4 days, chances are very good you actually have passed. What they need to do is go through your file and that may take a few days. I paid for the IP and was issued it. Less than 48 hours after passing the NCLEX I had RN numbers on BreEZe. Just give it time for your file to percolate to the top of the queue and you should see your license numbers show up. One classmate of mine had to wait about 2-3 weeks for theirs simply due to analyst workload.
Hey Mjmx76!
Did you get your results? I took mine Feb 12. I am waiting for results. CA BRN is so slow. My application on my BreEze is missing/deleted two days after I took my NCLEX. They stated that if it was deleted, it means you failed. I don't know if this is true. My application went missing on a Sunday. The following Monday was a holiday.
I am still hoping that I somehow passed.
Update us! Thank you!

Hi xrnx,
No results yet. I never heard of the "deleted application means you failed." Did you do the PV trick? For the most part, I hear it's accurate if you do it correctly. Good luck to you.
The only hope I have is that the CA BRN does everything backwards. Some applicants get lucky and get their license quick, others wait for weeks.
if your application is pending after your nclex, then you passed and they are waiting on processing transcripts/something before they issue your license. Some transcripts get processed faster than others. If you failed it will disappear and no license is posted.
My application said pending before I took my NCLEX. The person I spoke with at the BRN told me I passed ("but I didn't hear it from him") He just said sorry but they're inundated with applications and had no explanation as to why some applicants get their license in 48-72 hours. I'll just have to keep waiting.

I took my NCLEX on Feb 6, 2016. I did the PV trick 4 days later and got the "good pop-up." (yes, I hit submit after putting in all my CC info) However, I'm still waiting for my license to either post on the breeze site or receive a fail letter. Is anyone else or know anyone on the same boat as me?
