  1. yep it will say pending before and remain pending after as well...i stared at that pending status for 16 days ..I am surprised he even told you you passed!
  2. I am not sure but I would list it as a previous name. As long as your DL/passport name matches what you will put down as your name when you apply for your exam. Also, cna's will be issued a certification not a license...and the board of rn does not keep track of cna stuff
  3. if your application is pending after your nclex, then you passed and they are waiting on processing transcripts/something before they issue your license. Some transcripts get processed faster than others. If you failed it will disappear and no license is posted.
  4. if you took any of the prerequisite courses (anatomy etc I don't remember) for the RN program anywhere else, I would put that school in and send that transcript as well , just to be safe. If that school doesn't have any related courses then you don't have to send. I took most of my prereq classes at one school then did RN program at another , I sent both. There has been mixed answers from what I read but in case they do require it - they will hold up posting your license after you take your NCLEX until you resolve that transcript issue.
  5. Yes, you can send in your application (livescan, photo, etc) before you graduate and it is encouraged. I sent mine 1 month prior, and some students sent it a few months before. However, a lot depends on when your school sends in their paperwork which I believe is the list of who is expected to graduate, and it is also some paper they had the class fill out. Then you will get your ATT - I got my ATT about 2 weeks after graduation; some have gotten it sooner/earlier. application - 11/17 graduation - 12/18 ATT - 12/31 Nclex-RN - 1/12 Some get their license # a couple of days and some takes a few weeks and you are allowed to work when CA Breeze posts your license
  6. seeing as how there are no complaints about being charged $200, I can't help but think this is another PVT experience done incorrectly
  7. Graduate - December 18, 2015 Send in your application to BON and PearsonVue for the ATT - November 17, 2015 Get your authorization to test - December 31, 2015 Take the NCLEX (how soon did you schedule it?) - January 12, 2016 How long did you study before taking the NCLEX? How many questions and how long did it take you? - 160ish, 4 hours no breaks When did you find out your NCLEX results, did you pass? - License posted January 28, 2016 Start applying for jobs - Applied December 22, 2015 Get hired for your first nursing job (and what was it?) - contingent offer on January 22 - Officially accepted offer January 28, 2016
  8. Can someone please get this lady a magic 8 ball to play with ?
  9. For new users of the "Pearson Vue Theory", I just want to re-emphasize some things so that you are not misled by people who never actually tried it. 1. Use a valid card with insufficient funds - you will not risk any money whatsoever 2. Attempting this theory will NOT endanger your lives or lower your chances of survival. You can do this trick and LIVE in the same way as others who dont do this trick and live.
  10. Lots of negative opinions formed on wrong information. The trick can be done with zero risk of $200. If you don't like this trick no one is making you do it. No one is saying it is 100% accurate but my guess is it is probably 99% if someone did some kind of analysis on it. It is mostly "wrong" because people do it incorrectly and spread wrong information. Are people annoyed because others people can't wait days and weeks for official results? We can't wait just as much as you can't refrain yourself from forming opinions in threads that aren't relevant to you.
  11. We are in the same boat. I took my nclex-rn 1/12 and my school has sent transcripts 1/8 and as of today no results.
  12. Yep you still have hope. I didn't know it would work with the wrong cvv (I have yet to try that) but a hold pop is definitely better than a straight up charge on your CC. A hold can mean either way. Good luck and update when you get your actual results
  13. I've been reading a lot about the trick and it appears people do it wrong then think it doesn't work. Were you charged $200 for the next test? If not, then that wasn't the bad pop up
  14. The correct way to do the trick is that you must SUBMIT PAYMENT and then the good pop appears saying "Our records indicate...etc" The bad pop up is that after you submit payment, it actually charges you $200 and brings you to the receipt page. If you were not charged $200 then it is not the indication that you failed
  15. can you clarify what you mean by you got the bad pop up?
