NCLEX results in CA - How long to wait?!

Hello Everyone! Did anyone else in CA take their NCLEX on Saturday, August 11th (6 days ago)? I have so many friends who had taken their exams earlier than I, and had their results posted anywhere from 2 days to 7 days later... I'm afraid if my name doesn't pop-up on the BRN website by tomorrow, I'm gonna have a meltdown! LOL. Would all my fellow Californians please post the date they took the exam and if they received results, how long it took?! Also, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is the best time to call the BRN in CA?! I feel like it is impossible to get the through. I took the test August 2nd and was told they never got my transcripts. I got those sent over and I still have not gotten anything. I got the good pop up, but as everyone on here, it is not as reassuring as the seeing you're name on the BRN.

Hi....Getting anyone to answer is nearly impossible. I always press 0, nothing else seems to get me a real person. Ive found that around 0930-1000 Cali time they answer the calls. Ive tried right at 0800 when they open and you wont get anyone. If you are inquiring about your transcripts I hear you need to ask for your case evaluator. I called and asked if my file was complete early in the week, he was really nice about it. That way if you are still missing your transcripts maybe they can look for them. Waiting is driving me crazy, but Im still trying to stay positive and hope that the PVT is correct!

Yes, well good luck to you! I'm just freakkng out mainly bc my friend took his test a week after me and got the good pop up and then got papers in the mail sayin he failed :/ I can only imagine how he feels.

This is now disturbing..maybe everyone is getting the good pop up, pass or fail..I hope this isn't true!!

I know CA BON is working hard...I just wish they had a better system..maybe quick results or something because the wait is nerve-wrecking.

Her fried took it at the begining of the month before most of us on here. there is a thread about it from last month. THey had the same issue, got the good PVT and passed. So Im still holding out hope! Positive thinking=) Tomorrow is almost two weeks for some people so lets hope tomorrow our names all show up!!!

That's right, let's stay positive!! I rather see the good pop up than the cc. Best wishes and may the results be worth the wait!!!

Haha me too. Ive taken it before and i know that pearsonvue is more than willing to take my money if i fail....So i have hope!!!=)

this happened to me too in july. there were others who were having the same issue. dont worry if u are getting good pop ups since i had a gd popup and saw got my name on the board website exactly after 2wks of the exam date. the others got their results on the same day as mine. so just b patient and pvt is already proven by so many ppl and i can tell u it works 100%! congrats you all!!

Still don't have my results either. Let's hope the PVT works. That's the only hope I have left. Took my exam August 11th... A friend of mine took it on Friday, the 17th and has her results already... She passed. Makes me feel like crap :-/ Still trying to enjoy my Disney World vacation, but even that's hard to do when I think I may have failed my NCLEX.

@daisy90005 Thanks for letting us know. I think that we are all starting to go stir crazy. With all the technology these days I dont understand how we cant have an answer yet!

@calisunshinemom I have friends that have taken theirs after ours and know their results as well. we just happened to get in that week of the glitch! Ug I hope you can enjoy your vacation....Im having faith the the pop up!

Yes he did, which why he was surprised when he got the letter in the mail that failed. I got the good pop up too, so I am praying this is accurate. I have been waiting too long! I am praying for all of you too!

Are you sure he did it correctly? Im still getting the pop up and it's been almost two weeks.

I heard it has to do with whether or not it says "delivery successful" before you try. If it says "delivery successful" and you get the popup, it's usually a good sign. I'm still worried. I felt horrible after leaving the exam and they updated again today (for the 21st) and I'm still not there. :(
