NCLEX Registration and Scheduling?

Hello guys!

I have some questions in my mind that I need to ask for ya'll who went through NCLEX.

I don't have my ATT yet, I received an email from BON that I should Register and pay $200 before getting the ATT. I'm just wondering if the Registration with the Pearson Vue is the same as scheduling the test?

Or I have to Register now and wait for the ATT, once I get the ATT that will be the time to schedule the test?

And Since I am currently out of the country do I have to call the Pearson Vue to Register? and call again for the second time once I get the ATT to schedule?
