NCLEX Ran out of time, now a test result “hold”!?

Hey nurses! I took the NCLEX April 30th and my test results have been on hold since trying the PVT 24 hours after testing. I’ve contacted Pearson Vue and they say that the hold could be for numerous reasons and to be patient. They said it doesn’t mean anything about the test results to have a hold on the exam. However, I am so frustrated about not being able to get my 48 hour quick results. I have a job lined up and probably can’t start next week, due to the hold placed on my exam. I took the full 6 hours to test and it shut off when I was on question 201. I took one quick break to use the bathroom and get some water. I had to put my head down a few times from a computer use headache and I move a lot (after all 6 hours is a lifetime to be at a computer desk!). Has anyone else been in a similar situation and passed the exam? I’m so nervous that I failed. Thank you!!!
