Hi I'm a South Africa qualify RN, took the NCLEX on Friday 03/24. It was the most difficult test I've ever taken! Had to answer all 265 questions took 5 grueling hours!!! All my questions were difficult priority/triage questions and I also got a lot of SATA! I'm really worried because my very last question was basic recall! A very easy pharmacology question! Does this mean that I failed the exam because I ended with an easy question? I'm going crazy here trying to figure this out!! Any help will be highly appreciated!
Thanx

There is no figuring out whether you passed or failed based on receiving an 'easy' question at the end of the exam, read the ncsbn frequently asked questions. Hope for the best and see what tomorrow brings when you are able to see your results.
