  1. Hi I'm a South Africa qualify RN, took the NCLEX on Friday 03/24. It was the most difficult test I've ever taken! Had to answer all 265 questions took 5 grueling hours!!! All my questions were difficult priority/triage questions and I also got a lot of SATA! I'm really worried because my very last question was basic recall! A very easy pharmacology question! Does this mean that I failed the exam because I ended with an easy question? I'm going crazy here trying to figure this out!! Any help will be highly appreciated! Thanx
