I know which post the OP is referring to...that poster had stated they marked the correct answers for practice questions and only read the review and rationales for the correct answers to understand the material and did not read the reviews/rationales for the incorrect answers. I believe it was stated as a way to learn and understand the information as a time-saving strategy.

I saw someone recently post that they marked all the right answers in their nclex prep book and studied by reading those and ignoring the other (incorrect) answers.
Have others done this? Was it a successful or unsuccessful strategy for you?
