NCLEX PN using Uworld?

Im using uworld as my only study source for the nclex. I was using kaplan and getting high 80s but now im in uworld with a 46%. What was your percentage for uworld. ANother thing what the heck is that percentile rank and where should we be? Did Uworld work for you? Any tips because im a nervous wreck :( Thank you in advance! Testing July 11th

You are not alone, I'm doing uworld PN too while waiting for my ATT and i am worried with my score because the highest score i had is 60% but mostly i get 45% and up but it shows above average.

hello lilybear x3 I was told that uworld was for RN only, where did you purchase yours from wanted to try it before my exam.
