I am scheduled to take my NCLEX - PN on Thursday 10/20 at 9:00am. I have been studying and reviewing my review course videos and Exam CD. I still feel there is much I need to review. I dont feel that my mind is refreshed. I am worried about medications and the side effects and toxic effects. I am also worried about the SATA questions. Should I move my date up??

From my experience I moved my test date, and I was glad that I did. The first time when my test date was coming up, I could tell that I was not confident and too nervous, so I decided that another week wouldn't hurt.
By that time, I was so ready that I couldn't wait to take it. I was calm and actually looking forward to taking the test. So do what is best for you. If you feel that you need some more time, reschedule but just make sure you are not pushing it too far back. Gluck. You will do Great!

I wouldn't change the date! I was scared to make my appt for the test and as the date came closer I thought about rescheduling but I finally decided no matter what I was going that day.
If you are like me, you won't ever feel ready for this test and the longer you wait the worse off you will be. My advice is to take it now! You sound prepared. I didn't even study. I read over a few diseases the night before and looked at lab values before going into the building for the test.
Good luck.
