NCLEX-PN "it is possible to pass with 205 questions"

Published

First off i would like to thank god for where i am. with him all things are possible. I just took the nclex-pn board on saturday and of course the computer did not shut off at 85 questions. my spirits dropped at that point. i had the full 205 questions. i thought for sure i failed the board. i checked the board nursing website today and found out that i passed. the reason that i am posting this on here is because there are no articals on the web of people passing the board with 205 questions. well folks it is possible. if you are someone in this catagory, just hang in there. with 205 questions it can go either way! good luck to everyone on their boards and career!

It is just as possible to pass with the maximum number of questions as any other number of questions past the minimum. Relax, you have done your best. Good luck.

It is possible to pass with any number of questions whether it is minimum or maximum Good luck

thanks for posting this its a real relief to know that i dont have to aim for 85 questions i take the test tommorow morning and i am so nervous.BTW Congrats:yeah:

Hey there, Yes it is possible. A classmate of mine took the MAX and she passed. I took 78 and I passed, so.... you just can't tell until either you see your name on the BRN site or get a notice saying you didn't pass. EVERYONE feels like crap after the test and 99.99% of people think they failed, I did and so did my friend, but we did it and hopefully you did too. Go TRY to do something to distract yourself, I know its easier said than done, but you're just going to drive yourself and your loved ones batty for the next few days we ALL do. Good luck. L

same here (justamazing)...shut off at 205,was so dizzy! took nclex-pn 3/11/09,then 3/12/09 nclex-rn double the pressure..good luck to all!!!

I took my test on feb 19,2009 I live in California So I had to wait a whole month and a day to find out my results. I had the whole 205 questions and I felt like I probably didn't pass. After sleepless nights and crazy thoughts finally today I got my results and I passed!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah:It's surreal and I'm astonished I can't believe it I'm a nurse ...and everybody out there who takes the whole 205 questions you can still pass don't get discouraged I did it and you can do it too.
