NCLEX PN "passing level" questions. Pls help!!

Published

I just took my nclex pn few hours ago and i got a lot of nursing interventions questions, ecg, drug side effects, sequencing procedures, s/s, i just wanna know if those questions were "passing level" questions???? Im really really worried! My exam stopped at 85!

how was your exam?

It was okay.. I encountered similar questions during my review. I had 30-40 SATAs!! Im just hoping for the best now

Absolutely no one can answer this correctly for you, because all formats and types of questions can be above the passing standard or below it. Anyone who tells you a certain kind of question (or format)is indicative of higher or lower level questions is simply wrong.

A better indicator is that you got only 85 questions: with the minimum, you either demonstrated competency early on and passed easily, OR you could not demonstrate competency no matter how many more questions the computer threw at you.

Somewhere around 90% of first-time testers DO pass, so the odds are in your favor.

Good luck!

30-40 SATAs? I really need to study more.. I'm planning on taking my exam in 2 months.. Hopefully that's enough time to read and practice more questions.. Good luck to you!
