Absolutely no one can answer this correctly for you, because all formats and types of questions can be above the passing standard or below it. Anyone who tells you a certain kind of question (or format)is indicative of higher or lower level questions is simply wrong.
A better indicator is that you got only 85 questions: with the minimum, you either demonstrated competency early on and passed easily, OR you could not demonstrate competency no matter how many more questions the computer threw at you.
Somewhere around 90% of first-time testers DO pass, so the odds are in your favor.

Congrats! (please tell me it was at least 24 hours after your exam concluded?) :)
I did it after 48 hours! Hahaha and i did it again few mins ago (58 hours after my exam) still getting the good pop up! It's still accurate, right? hehehe

I just took my nclex pn few hours ago and i got a lot of nursing interventions questions, ecg, drug side effects, sequencing procedures, s/s, i just wanna know if those questions were "passing level" questions???? Im really really worried! My exam stopped at 85!
