NCLEX PN Nerves, Bad Result from Pearson Vue Trick :(

Today was the big day to take my boards. I'm usually a great tester because I was taught how to pick apart the questions, but that was absolutely no help on the NCLEX. I had a lot of meds I did not know about and a lot of teaching. I had to take all 205 questions and did the Pearson Vue "trick" which sends me to the credit card page. Now I've completely lost all hope that I've passed and am heartbroken. Its such a disappointment to fail (of course). I've been reading posting after post about the trick always working so I guess the next step is to get better study material Is there a waiting period before you can retest? What are good study materials?

I just took my RN exam yesterday and did the PVT but got the CC page. I'm so sad and not motivated to do anything today. Would you please be kindly and help me through this battle. I can't PM you, maybe because I'm new to the site. THank you!

I took my NCLEX yesterday (Friday July 1st) GOT ALL 265 questions. I went in confident. Left feeling like a failure. It took me over four hours. I wanted to cry. I had an anxiety attack and finally broke down and tried the PVT.. I got the good pop-up but im still skeptical until I get my official results. SO SCARED im going to fail because I got ALL the questions. UGH:eek:

I took my test on Friday too and also got 265 q's. I tired the PVT but got the CC page. I'm sure you passed!

me too i`m so sad i failed my exam. but we need to be strong and focus again. we will be a RN soon. i will start studying again tomorrow july 4, but i don`t know where to start. how about you? what`s your study materials?

I did pass :) i am now officially an rn! So it worked for me

I'm planning on using the saunders book and the materials for kaplan. What i'm doing different this time is do more q's. I hope the 45 days goes by fast. WE can do this! Happy NCLEX!

@tamadichi- I was in your shoes about two weeks ago. After my test I went home and tried the PVT and got the cc page too. I was so depressed and didn't want to do anything but read all the posting on the PVT and hoping i'll find one posting saying that someone passed with the cc page. Now, I truly believe that the PVT is very accurate and true. I also paid for the quick result just so I can be at peace. Anyhow, I just got my new ATT today and I'm so ready to re-take the test in four weeks. Don't get discourage! we got this! I'm using Kaplan, davis 2010, and prioritization,delegation and assignment by Linda Lacharity.
