NCLEX PN...can you tell by the ?s whether or not you're going to pass?

Hey y'all! I took the NCLEX-PN today and I am definitely having mixed feelings about it. I started off with a multiple choice question and then the SATA questions started. I had the preconceived notion that as long as I was getting SATA questions, that I was doing good. I guess the thought process about it is that they are the harder questions...? Anyway, there for a while after the SATA's I started getting back to back multiple choice questions. At the same rate, the SATA's that I was given didn't seem "hard"...if that makes sense. I also got two drag and drops and several exhibits. I don't know if I'm freaking out for no reason or if I honestly didn't do well. I will be able to find out Thursday (after 48 hours) but I just need some encouragement....Have any of you had any experience with certain questions being the harder ones and indicating a good sign..?? PLEASE tell me something!!
