PN and RN are 2 totally different exams with PN having different responsibilities to RN. I personally would just concentrate on passing RN as PN you are going to have to apply from the start which may involve another nursing board (not sure where abouts you are) and more payments.

thank you for your reply.. im really hoping for the best, im tired of studying and not passing..huhuhu..hope this time i could pass..

Set yourself a new study plan, make sure it is protected ie tell family and friends not to contact you in that time so you can study.

let me tell you what worked for me.

Whilst I was working I set aside 2 hours a day and 4 hours when I wasn't working. My husband looked after everything else and I just took myself away and concentrated on answering questions and reading rationales. I also did NCSBN as well as Saunders comprehensive review. I only read up on areas I was struggling with.

Now Saunders may not be for you but pick something that works for you and utilise it. Make a study plan that fits in for you but do not over do it and do too many hours each day. You need to give your brain chance to assimilate what you are doing and learn from it

You can do it

thank you so much, i got my ATT already and im planning to sked my test this 3rd week maybe.. OH MY GOD!!!..this test is killing me... is NCSBN worked?..im almost done with my kaplan online and now im reviewing my saunders again for the medication and some areas of my weaknesses.. im planning to get the NCSBN maybe 1 week before my test, is it adviceable?..and i think my first list of weakness is the SATA type of questions..my scores are really low... im so confused, can you help me or give me some tips on how can i study them?..:scrying:

I wouldn't get NCSBN a week before you sit the exam. Just concentrate on what you are doing now and keep practising questions and read the rationale

I simply think the exam are the same except the delegation, Assessment aspect etc..
