Nclex pass letter with photo ca brn

Published

I had taken my NCLEX RN EXAM ON JULY 2009 and passed.

I am registering in pearsonvue for an nclex exam.NYSED approved my education and instructed me to pay 200 USD to pearsonvue. It is not accepting my payment as it states that " cannot register another exam because you have recntly scheduled that exam".

I asked pearsonvue regarding this but they have no idea and said to contact NYSED.

I contacted NYSED and she said that once u pass the nclex u dont need to retake it again bu just need to submit the nurse form 3 to CA BRN. WILL CA BRN give my nclex pass letter eventhough my files have been destroyed in 2012 due to lack of SSN.

i have tried calling CA BRN BUT difficult to contact.I have tried emailing them no answer yet.

hi, that is also my problem. I'm not sure whether CA BRN will release that. Yeah it's very difficult to get a hold of them.

Any updates? I sent u a private message.

You have to send a letter request to CA BRN asking them to send NYSED OP a copy of your NCLEX-RN results.

There is a fee involved ($10 at that time).

I did the same thing back in 2014. I passed NCLEX-RN through CA BRN but never got my license as I never moved to the States and never got SSN.

The best thing to do is to ring CA BRN. I know it is a challenge trying to get a hold of them but that is the surest way. I remember asking my sister who lives in the States to do the ringing around for me and she kept saying no one ever picks up, until they eventually did.

hi! how long does it take to transfer nclex result from california to another state? i passed my nclex-rn last sept 2010 and i didn't have ssn during that time. i'm now in nevada and on the process of applying to the BoN. i requested California BoN to transfer my nclex score to Nevada BoN last sept 23, 2017. i'm still waiting for the result.
