Nclex new passing rate : QUESTION

hi guys, i just got here in u.s. and graduated BSN in philippines im still working my application for nclex and if ever they allow me to take the exam here in California im just wondering guys if the Nclex passing rate is changed, does the review materials needs to change to? i mean the strategies, books and the q-bank? because i believe if they gonna make it more harder they have to change all the questions too.. whatchu think guys? im just confused and planning to buy some books but im not sure if all the books that was released before this coming april 2013 is stiil applicable for the changes of nclex passing rate. thank you so much guys, and also im a newbee here hehe.. pls help :)))) thank you thank you!!!
