NCLEX illinois: my CES has been approved, whats the next step

Hi guys

maybe you can help me out

I am a Nurse from the Philippines and applying for NCLEX Illinois and my CES report has been approved a week ago. I am a bit confused on what to do next.

I read in the forums that I have to submit the following after my CES has been approve:

1. The things that you have to submit at CTS are Application form (4 pages)

2. FP-NUR (fingerprint card) and the money order

do I still have to submit CT-NUR? how about ED-NUR?

Hi there, have you figure it out yet? I'm having the same questions and I'm unable to find help in this issue. Please reply back if you finished the process application with the CTS. Thank you!

Now you have to apply for CTS and person vue in order to receive ATT 

send CES report and TCN number fingerprints
