hi to everyone
does nclex have an expiry date like the cgfns?? if so, what is the time frame..

I just looked on my NCLEX certificate and I don't see an expiry date. I think once you have passed, that's it, you never need renew or retake.

Once you take NCLEX it is good for life, provided that you keep a nursing license up to date. If for some reason you let your license lapse for a number of years, the state can require that you take the NCLEX again. :)

thanks again for ur help. does it apply to foreig nurses who are taking nclex out of us boundaries. like for example if i take it now and come to us in 2 yrs time, my nclex would be still valid.
