NCLEX over and done with! YaY!

Specializes in PCU.

After a 3 and one half hour drive to Salisbury, MD and a stay at a dirty, tabacco, liquor smelling Super8 motel before the test date (Aug 26), I was able to test the following day. Much to my surprise I found out today I passed! After a very tense, nauseous 48 hours I am now very relieved and able to go to work with the happy news... ...and resume the RN phase which begins Monday... BTW for anyone just having taken the test... ...the consensus with all my classmates who took the NCLEX with me is that you feel like you don't know anything while taking it, second guess yourself repeatedly post test, you feel like you didn't learn a thing during school, and may feel or experience bouts of nausea, anxiety, sobbing, and bargain with a higher being... ... so my allnurses friends your feelings are NORMAL.

I give credit to my family for their financial support (I work only weekends during school) my school Frederick Community College and the Nursing faculty which made this a reality. Good luck to all of you!!!
