Hi there!
Perhaps you should just focus on study material that's related to the NCLEX-PN. I don't think you have the time or the energy to be confused and irritated by the different formats! :chuckle From what I understand, the NCLEX-RN has a lot more to do with prioritization, delegation, assignment, and pharmacology. I'm not quite sure what is tested on the NCLEX-PN version, but obviously there is a substantial difference with regards to our indivualized scope of nursing practice.
I'd suggest studying from Saunder's 4th edition, Kaplan, Exam Cram, Lippincott, or/and Mosby's. Those have content review books for the PN version of the test.
Here are some links to show how each book looks/costs:
NCLEX-PN Exam Cram (2nd Edition)
Lippincott's Review for NCLEX-PN® (Lippincott's State Board Review for Nclex-Pn)
Hope that helps and Good Luck Studying!!!
