NCLEX in a few days and I've hit a wall. Any suggestions?

THE TEST is in a few days and I've absolutely hit a wall in terms of review. I've taken a break in an effort to come back and start fresh and it's just not happening. Surely there is something I should be going over- I just don't know what.

I've answered all of the questions in the Kaplan QBank. I've taken the Question Trainers 1-6.

QT1: 68%

QT2: 69%

QT3: 63%

QT4: 71%

QT5: 63%

QT6: 74%.

"Readiness Test" 65%

Saunders I've been taking practice tests and have reviewed about 1/2 the chapters in the book.

I scored 70% on the 100q Saunders Pharm exam.

Like many, I'm freaked out by THE TEST. For those of you soon to take the exam or those who have taken it and succeeded (congrats) do you have any suggestions on WHAT I should review in the final days? Of course, y'all don't know where my knowledge gaps are- but just a general- it's the final countdown- what the heck should I be going over??
