Just took Boards today and I felt that I was only tested on priority and meds and only on a couple of diseases that I was tested on again and again. A few SATA and priority lots of them. But only got about 89 questions I felt awful really awful ass soon as the computer shut off I felt like stop wait I need more I know I can prove myself to be a good nurse and it stopped. I was done and I walked out feeling dumb and confused I thought I was going to a long test and it wasnt. I threw up a couple times as soon as I got home and I felt better. Now I wait but I really dont feel confident I feel weird and the Nclex was not what I expected. AT ALL. OH well I will continue to study and prepare myself for if I dont pass. Because I dont know Some were hard and some were kind of easy and then some were really hard. What was your guys experience did you guys get all kinds of content or just some. I felt that some questions were repeated on same subject. Please respond, Thanks

i felt the same way after my exam.. .i got around 140-150 questions.. i dont remember exactly how many because i was so disappointed it didnt stop after 100..... I went home crying because it was a lot harder than any of the practice exams i had been doing... also... i got a lot of infection control, medication and teaching and priority questions.. i felt like it was the worst testing experience in the world.. i so badly dont want to go through it again... the wait for the results is really killing me and its only been one day ... just imagine what 2 weeks will do for me... (Im in cali)... oh wells.... hang in there... seems like we're all playing the waiting game....

Hi, sorry you went through that stress, what books did you study.. when you say you had meds you never seen i throught you could look at the endings of the meds.. EX: (stains).. try to relax, i know that seems hard to do. and take a break.. and refocus. remember that computer shuts off at any number.
I tested in Ca for the lpn. I studied Saunders, Hurst, and Kaplan qbank and Saunders CD. I also studied the NCSBN for lpn review. But honestly Kaplan qbank question are hard and as you test you are always striving to critically think your way through to answer correctly and it makes you focus on each answer and see if whether it applies to the question. Oh well GOOD LUCK TO ALL HOPE WE ALL PASS!

The exam is done with now, all you can do is wait for results so try and distract yourself, hang in there and good luck
