Published

I am a bsn graduate from the PI last October 2010 and now that I am here in Cali I applied for NCLEX with IP and paid $200 last Feb.27 My documents were sent from my college to BON Cali and received May 3 until now June 16 I havent received my ATT yet..I am so eager to get ATT but at the same time reviewing with SAUNDERS book..Should I find a job while waiting for ATT or just keep on studying...I am also planning for CNA training...

Should I find a job?what kind can I apply for?

How long does it take to get ATT for a foreign graduate?

CNA training?

im a PI grad too. it took 3-4 weeks before my ATT came. don't look for a job. i passed my exam on the 2nd take. i failed my first one coz i dont have time to review because of my job. so review first.....

Hi RuC2010. In order to get your ATT, you should first meet all of the board of nursing's eligibility requirements before you can take the NCLEX. If you are find eligible, you can register in pearson vue site, schedule your exam then they will send you your ATT. I also graduated in PI just this year and I am waiting for my eligibility. May I ask, did you take the local board in PI?

Schizoh, congrats for passing! ;)

Schizoh, congrats for passing! ;)

Thanks!

I hope you guys waiting for the CA BON to reply back about your ATT, that we as PH grads are having a very tough time getting the ATT granted to either the concurrency issues or lack of clinical hours or missing some courses. Don't be surprised you get the dreaded rejection letter, have you looked over at the Advice on Immigration section in the International section, it's filled with plenty of discussions there, but good luck you never know!

Schizoh, good deal, if you took the exam in CA, but most of all, congrats on being an RN now!
