NCLEX application: Which states don't require Social Security number?

hi there guys and gals.. I'm a registered nurse here in the philippines. I want to take the NCLEX exam. I dont have any idea on how to apply. I know that application is different in each states. I dont have SSN and dont know the states that doesnt require SSN. can anyone help me with this? thank you in advance.

Vermont & Illinois. :yes: I'm from the Philippines as well & never been in the US. I took the NCLEX-Illinois in 2012. If you are confuse in the whole process of applying for NCLEX, you can ask for the assitance of NEAC. ?

Vermont is no longer accepting applications without an SSN, according to the BON website.
