Ok, I'm not sure where this question goes, but pretty please help me out.
I'm trying to get my paperwork together with no help from anyone at all & I've been trying to call the boards people for California, but all day today, they weren't taking any calls. The questions I have are:
1. Is the paper that says RECORD OF NURSING PROGRAM the same as the TRANSCRIPT? Or do I need a separate school transcript to send in as well?
2. What is an INITIAL LICENSE FEE? How much is that?
Thank You in advance guys & if this post is in the wrong place, I apologize.

Best place to get information is to refer to your BON website.....

Oh! I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that this is for the LVN/LPN NCLEX :) And yes, I've been to the BVNPT Site itself & didn't find the answers to my questions. Thank you though =)

I would continue to try to contact the board. And if the record form is there as well as a transcipt form, you have to present both. Or rather your school does, because they are the ones that fill out the form and send in the transcripts. As I recall, the record form may only be required of those who are substituting equivalent education (RN) for LVN program completion. I know I had to have my RN school fill that form out when I applied for the LVN license. However, it was so long ago. Do call them and find out what you need in your situation.

Their line is always Busy.. you can email them anyway..
uhmmm. Record of Nursing Program is different from the transcript. You can print the forms you have and send it to your school. Prolly, your school already knew what to do about it! That's what i did with mine. && what do you mean about the Initial fee? the application fee for the exam? i think its already $150.
You can visit their website. You can find the instructions, forms and everything there!
