  1. Congrats Spr2013! :) What a big relief for you! I'm in CA too & I took mines on 2/12/15 as well and have not gotten any results yet. I don't have $200 to risk at the moment so I'm just still waiting. Been slipping into negative thoughts lately...
  2. Hi everyone, I am just curious as my 7th day of waiting for the RN-NCLEX results arrived. I have a question, how soon do you get the CPR after taking the exam indicating that you've failed? Also, do they mail or email it? Thank you for your reply in advance!
  3. Thank you Nienna. I sure hope that my result was just a delay. I'm just bummed that a classmate took it 4 days after and found out the next day and I'm still clueless.
  4. Unfortunately, I didn't apply for an interim permit I don't want to lose hope yet, I still want to take the fact that breeze says no license info available is a good sign. But I can't help but to think negative. Thank you so much for your replies.
  5. But if I failed, will it actually have the word "FAIL" listed anywhere? Right now it's not showing anything, just that results are not available.
  6. Hello everyone, I live in California & took my NCLEX-RN on 2/12/15. As of today, 2/18/15...I still don't have my results yet. I understand it was a weekend plus Monday was a holiday. My classmate took hers 4 days after mine and found out the next day that she passed. Now, I checked breeze & it says "No License Information Available". There is no hold, no pending, no nothing other than the option to start a new application. I went to Pearson Vue website & under exam history, it stated, "No results available." With that being said, I took 265 questions in 5 hours. So, did I fail? If I did, will it say "FAIL" on my breeze application? I didn't do the PVT because I don't think it works. Your answer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  7. Hi, congrats to all who got the job! ^_^ I was wondering, is the new grad program at UCLA only for RNs? Is there anything for LVN new grads? I want to move to LA in a few months & have been planning on doing this for over a year now. Was recommended to look into UCLA. Thank you in advance.
  8. Yeah, I'm afraid of the SATA's! I have to look for a book that will let me practice just those. Thanks for your help ^_^
  9. Yay! I'm envious of you! Which book did you study from? I'm in CA, how long will it take to get my results after I take the exam?
  10. Good luck to you! You're so young, yet you have such a big goal & determinations like an adult! Let me know how you do, I'm still waiting to get an approval to actually take the test.
  11. Congratualtions! It's a lot of work, but you did it! ^_^ Which edition of Saunders did you study off of?
  12. I'm from Central Cali & getting my LVN license soon. I am thinking of applying for Moorpark's RN program Spring 2012 & then move there Fall 2012. What are the chances of me getting in? Those who have been accepted, was it a long 1 year wait to be actually accepted?
  13. I went through CNA training program for 6 weeks and 2 days after I completed the program, I went straight into the Phlebotomy program which was condensed into 3 weeks for us. I am now preparing to take the LVN boards and will most definitely go for RN. Jobs are very hard to find, no matter what title you hold. There ARE jobs out there, but it may not be what we want or it may take time. I just recently got hired as a Phlebotomist, I love being a phlebotomist & it helps you to practice your needle skills and patient care/interactions. I've been through many programs and many interviews & listened to many people telling me many different things. I would say, for whatever comes first & explore. Let it be your own experience and not others. GOOD LUCK! :)
  14. What edition of Saunders do you have? I have the 3rd Edition (bought it a couple months ago & didn't know it wasn't the latest edition) and I took a look at it a little, but afraid to use it because it's a couple edition old & the boards set a new rule in April. Please let me know. Thank you.
  15. I'm taking mine around October & I have pearson's EXAM CRAM & Nclex-pn made incredibly easy too. So far, I've been looking at only Exam Cram & really like it. Gonna stick to that until I finish the whole book & maybe skim the 2 other ones that I have. When are you taking your boards?
