NCC nursing program

Has anyone been accepted to Ncc's nursing program. If so, how hard is it, and are you able to work while in the program?

Haha yea I have a tattoo on my leg so no shorts. Yea I was planning on telling them the same thing. Because I want to keep this hair until classes actually start. My time is at 10:30.

Are you in daytime classes?

lol i was curious on the attire and the set up as well. i change my hair color/hairstyles all the time(last week it was blonde, the week before that red) but currently its black. i don't have any visible tattoos but i have a nose piercing that my job itself is super strict about so we shall see. are you all wearing business casual?

I'm wondering the same thing! I'm over here going nuts wondering what to wear. I don't want to be the only one all dressed up lol. From what I read on other threads, it's pretty much casual. Some people go in flip flops & jeans

I'm going casual. I just feel it's registration, we will learn the deal tomorrow. They will let is know what is okay and what isn't and then I'll adjust.

Yeah I'm going pretty casual then too. They didn't mention any dress code on letter so I'm sure it's not that important anyways.

Yea I am in daytime classes

Hey so everyone has their sections?!!

how was advisement/registration for everyone today? is everyone here planning on attending the program?

I will be, I thought it was cool, I met some folks in my section, the letters that they passed out from previous students was a nice touch. My letter was funny and encouraging

Registration was typical long lines, they're trying to make me take a class that I'm pretty sure I already completed so I asked them to reevaluate my transcript

They did the same thing to me and they told me to bring a transcript in on the first day of classes in september. I can't recall if it was official or unofficial.

Thank god all my credits transferred from my old school matched up. I only need med micro and the nursing courses. My section is T21. I enjoyed the letter I received too it was very helpful!

What classes are they saying you guys need?
