NCC Nassau Community College Fall 2021 Nursing program

Hi all I plan on using this post for whoever feels to share their story for the same NCC RN nursing program. So far I have taken every pre-req (Stat, A&P's, Micro, Psych, Pathophys etc. with all A's. I just have ENG102 which I will take in the Summer. But I got a 76 on my TEAS so I plan on taking it again. Surely that is not a competitive score. I hear that there is a point system at NCC. I don't know how that goes. I also plan on attending the session coming up in a few days.

Hello everyone! Does anyone know the difference between NTR198 and NTR195 at NCC? One is for the healthcare professional and one is across the life cycle. Is one easier than the other? I’m trying to balance several classes and trying to figure out which one would be more realistic to manage with a heavy Summer course load. Both would be accepted by the programs I applied to so I am weighing my options. Thank you!

Hello everyone! For anyone wondering, I got my acceptance letter this afternoon for the day program. I scored an 86.7 on the TEAS and have completed almost all of my prerequisites for Nursing. Good luck to anyone waiting on their acceptance letter!!
