Hello
I was wondering if anybody had a similar experience with the NCBSN review. I just signed up for an 8 week course hoping to start studying but the lessons do not load. As a matter of fact, the loading screen is just an gif image of a loading icon (loading.gif). GIF images repeat and it does not actually indicate that the page is loading - it's kind of an illusion to make people think it's actually loading something but it's not.
And customer service is not helpful at all in resolving this issue.
Did I just get ripped off?

Are you using a Mac or a browser other than internet explorer on a PC? I am currently taking the 3wk course, and was having the same issue until I switched to using IE on a PC....
Good luck!
Mac - I also been trying to open their website with safari, chrome, and mozilla.
Customer service is not even helpful.

Your only real choice is IE. I have mozilla and everything will load except the lessons. I opened a browser in IE and it took a minute, but it does open.

I got it to work with a mac. You have to go into the preferences under the apple logo on the toolbar and make sure java is turned on. You also have to be running at least snow leopard for it to work. My Imac is still running leopard and it does the loading picture for me so I have to run it on my mac laptop.
Ahhh, I managed to get the lessons to load on Chrome. I just had to enter my mac terminal, enter bypass codes to manually delete the new version of Java, uninstall and reinstall both adobe plug ins, and restart my computer.....Simple and with no help from customer service.
