Navarro College Nursing 2013

Is anybody else out there applying to Navarro? The deadline is fast approaching and I'm already a nervious wreck. Last year's students started a thread to support each other during the wait and I have read it so many times. I thought it would be good to start another one for all of us who are already worried sick...hoping and praying that we've done enough to achieve our dream...

Do you think they will email us and let us know that they have received our application and all of our paperwork? I turned in everything but if for some weird reason something got lost along the way, I hope someone would tell us if we have something missing.

I was wondering about that too. I checked and double checked that I had everything but then I took it out and went through it when we were talking to her. I'm afraid that I left something out. Should we email and ask?

I had a major melt down Saturday. I open the mail box and my packet was returned!! It was post dated for Feb 1st so I put it back in the mail. I freaked out and called today...she told me they did get my packet. She also told me that they will email when all applications are in. She said to at least give them 30 days because of the number of packets to let people know they did get their packets. If I didnt get an email in 30 days I would call. Now the wait begins): It will be a LONG one !!!

I turned mine in at the info session... I was afraid to mail it for that very reason. I was kinda worried but we were assured that she had her trusty box and it would be safe. I'm going to go crazy waiting now :nailbiting:

I think that we are all generic applicants. I'll feel better when I get the email confirming that my application was received and complete.

nope...still waiting for confirmation that they have my application packet. i'm still kinda worried about it getting put in that box.

I broke down and called. They have my application but didn't tell me if it was complete or not. She also told me that it would be another month, maybe a little longer for them to get acceptance letters out.
