Navarro College LVN Fall 2023

Hey ? out there!!

I didn't see thread for LVN program at Navarro for Fall 2023. Anyone else checking their emails 100x a day anticipating the acceptance or rejection letter??

I didn't get accepted in the ADN program but I didn't get the rejection letter either.   I had to call and it ended up being  a month after the letter was supposed to reach me!

So I am hoping for an ACCEPTANCE  letter on time this go around! ?

I'm going to take a dosage calculation class this Summer so that I can freshen up on the math. I currently work in a busy emergency department so I'm going to have to fix my schedule around school.

Hey Joel! How are classes going? I finally have the nerve to come on and say that I will see you in January because I failed dosage exam by 2 points 3 wks before our graduation 😞. However, I am really glad that I'm able to return. Let me know when you get this.

I'm sorry but I'm sure that you will get it next time. Like me I didn't make it past 2nd Semester of the ADN program. But we won't give up. I made to choice to go back to Dallas College for their LVN program. The program is way cheaper and I know most of the Professors. So far so good. I just passed my Physical assessment and we only have one CCM math test the first semester. None in the second. We have about 30 students and we all help each other. God bless you and keep your head up and knock it out the park in January.🙌🏾 You got this!!

OMG! OK....I'm glad you found a program that works for you! Great job on your skills..Navarro also took about 30 students, so I will be returning to a much huger class, minus those that don't get past the first semester. And of course, we don't stop until we earn those Letters! I will most definitely keep you posted. I'm sure I will be fine since I've practically made it through the entire program before until that one speed bump! I just hate I have to repeat a semester I've already passed, but atleast I can move on. Keep me posted as well Joel, and I pray you become the nurse you are destined to be my friend.
