Were you able to get in? My GPA is 3.1 also. I'm going to take TEAS in a few months to apply for ADN Spring 2020.

So the clinicals are 2/3 in Corsicana and 1/3 in Wacahachie. I actually got accepted with a 2.8 which is the minimum needed to apply and an 89 on my teas I believe (long story short I didn’t realize I had 2 F’s from years ago on my transcript that would’ve been a 3.7 without it). And as far as I know, I don’t think they admit a spring class only fall. Hope this answers some of your questions!

Yeah sorry I meant to type Fall 2020. Thank you for your response. Does the school use ATI for nursing program? I actually just got dismissed from another school that use HESI for every single course. I failed the med surg class. I heard some people said ATI is not as hard as HESI. I don't if that is true.

Has anyone applied to the Navarro LVN to RN bridge program for 2020-2021? If so, have y’all heard anything back yet? Thanks!!

Awesome! Congratulations to you, too!

Hey y'all,

I was wondering if you could give me some insight on what the ADN class/clinical schedule looks like? I know it probably won't be exactly the same from year to year, but any kind of information on what to expect would be greatly appreciated. I have a 4 year old and am trying to figure out what my schedule will be like so I know approximately how much help I'll need with him while in class and clinical.

Thanks in advance!

So on Wednesday’s we have lecture all day 9-5 and then you’ll have a clinical day on Monday, Tuesday, or Saturday I think we’re the days. The first two weeks we were in class every day pretty much doing orientations and practicing clinical skills but after the first two weeks it settles down. There is an occasional Thursday or Friday you have to go about once a month for various things

WOW!! So y’all pretty much just have one day of all day classes and then a clinical one day (minus the first couple weeks)? Do you know if it’s pretty much like this each semester?
