Hi everyone I applied for the rn program in waxahachie which starts in August. I'm just wondering how everyine did on their teas. my math and science was good(80s) english..not so well. I'm super nervous. my gpa is a 3.1. did anyone else recive an email about our background checks?

Hey guys! I'm in the program now, almost done with the first year. It took the whole month of march last year for them to get the offer letters out. Don't be discouraged. Also, people drop out or move or change their mind, we had people being accepted all through the summer. So hang in there!!

I was accepted to Navarro but applied to a couple different schools and will possibly drop my acceptance if I get into my top choice.

Hopefully someone see this. Does anyone know how many people are accepeted per senester for nursing?

65 last year. I'm guessing it's about the same this year?

Does anyone know if they're going to offer the alternates a position in LVN program?? I've heard of this happening in previous classes.

Yes, last year I know a couple of people that did not make it into the RN program, they were offered a place in the LVN program. They're both doing great with plans to bridge to RN.

Do you know if there's a facebook page for this group of Class 2021 folks? This thread is not a busy as other threads I've seen. Do you all post helpful info in your FB private group or is it kind of pointless. I have so many many questions. I'm accepted and ready to start but I want to know what I should brush up on before I start the program.
