NAU BSN Spring 2021

Hey Guys!

Just thought I would create this thread for anyone applying to the Traditional BSN program at NAU! I am applying to Flagstaff as my first choice and Tucson as my second. I have a GPA of 3.8 and I got 81% overall with 70% on the science portion. The science portion was definitely tricky since it was not all Physiology.Hopefully it's good enough haha, and from what I've heard, there are definitely fewer people applying this semester due to everything going on, so hopefully that'll increase our chances!

Can anyone who has taken the 2020 Kaplan speak to how much general biology is on the exam? I've been reading mixed reviews about how the exam is split between A&P and Biology. Any input would be helpful as I'll be taking the test in a few weeks!

Are you applying to the ABSN program?

Me too! I actually took the Kaplan for the traditional program to get a feel of the exam. And it was pretty hard.

Hey, let us know how the Kaplan exam goes! I’m also taking the Kaplan exam soon. I really don’t know what to expect. Good luck!

I’m applying for the ABSN program as well! Take the Kaplan in a few weeks. Any tips? Let me know if you want to exchange emails or something.

Oh that is good to know!! I think in the past they usually have sent emails out in chunks by which campus so they probably did Yuma first!
