Has anyone had any luck with applying at National University for their nursing program? I applied back in Oct 06 and have been waiting to hear from them. They are supposed to notify in 3 months. I have called and called and written email upon emails with no response really. :banghead: Please, if anyone has applied and received some sort of letter, I would greatly appreciate your reply.

its only at the RB campus. and the crocs cannot have holes in them, you did not imagine that :D if anything spills it will get your socks wet. and yes they need to have a strap on the back too i believe. something to hold them on your feet.

Hmm... That's too bad... but it's good to know. :) Now I know which ones to look for. Another thing I know for sure is that I will definitely be buying a stethoscope :rolleyes:, because the one they gave looks like crap... :down: and I could barely hear my own heartbeat with it... :uhoh21:

You know what, actually I wasn't gonna buy a black one either. Although they do look more professional. :specs: I really like green and burgundy... pink is cute too.;) And I want to engrave mine too. I'm gonna give the Nursing dept a call on Monday to ask if we can have multicolored scopes, and I will let you guys know....:)

yeah i never really new where i wanted to work but now that i am working in mary birch I LOVE IT and cant imagine being anywhere else!

anyone up for carpooling to get our books and bags from NU in RB??? I am available monday and tuesday.

Did you already go? Thank goodness I came here..AGAIN I stopped getting alerts when there was a reply to this thread. And I NEVER check my gmail account, I had like 4 emails, some from the financial aid department...If you are still going let me know about the carpooling..I haven't even been to the RB campus yet..

oh my goodness....did anyone take ILR 260??? i am like dying in this course, but then again im really not putting in the right amount of time. i will definitely need to quit my job when im in nursing! is this realllly a prereq??

What do you mean? Is it difficult? I took it at Palomar College and it was so easy that it was a joke! I'm starting to get really nervous about how difficult nursing school's gonna be!

Oh! And I ordered crocs the other day online and they should be arriving at my house any day now...

these are the ones I ordered. The best part is they are only 10.99! (Plus 7 dollar shipping though :( ) but all together including shipping and tax it came out to 19.88....
