National University San Diego Cohort 69

First off, I'm astounded by the cohort number I'm hoping to get into, LOL. The application deadline is November 12, 2021 with the program start date in April 2022. After browsing previous cohort pages here, I'm a liiiittle nervous. 

Does anyone know if you can be in-progress for pre-reqs at the time of application? My final pre-req ends in December, a month after the application deadline.

Hello! I was supposed to apply to cohort 68, but decided to wait it out and apply to 69 to study more for my TEAS. So glad this thread is started!

My advisor told me that all prerequisite courses need to be completed before applying. I have a grade still waiting to be posted from my class that ended July 31, and was told I wouldn’t have even been able to apply for the deadline that just happened because of this. They send out interview invitations with it 2 weeks and then send out acceptances out soon after that so that’s probably why they need everything done prior to applying.

Hi guys! I was also going to apply to 68 but I still had a class in progress. I finished up next week and then I’ll apply. I guess the new April 2021 BSN manual specifies that. I think Cohort 68 just received emails about their interviews. What are your guys stats so far?

Hello. I'm planning on applying for cohort 69 as well. Thanks for opening up this post. I've read a few other posts from previous cohorts and they were very helpful. I had missed the nursing forum on September 1st, but will be attending the October 7th one. Will be updating soon.

When it asked for previous health care experience, did you type your previous health care experience in resume format or more like essay format?

Hi Spetry. I don't remember that question on the application. I had probably skipped it or answered no because I don't have previous health care experience. I would say type a paragraph describing your experience.

Hey, nothing over here either. From what I understand from previous cohorts, they send out interview invitation emails about 2 weeks after the application deadline.
