National University CRNA 2024

Hi everyone!

I applied to the 2024 cohort. Starting the thread early and eagerly awaiting to hear back about an interview. Anyone else apply?!

I was also offered during the interview and got the letter yesterday. Congrats everyone!

Same here, I did not get an email. Congratulations to those who got in!

And for those of us who did not get in, Winston Churchill said "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” See you guys next year and hope it'll be our turn ?!

Firstly, I want to congratulate everyone that was accepted into the cohort. I am writing this comment to ask if anyone has any recommendations in regard to accommodations I.e apartments, preferably lease of 15 months or 24 months in Fresno. Thank you! 

Ps I am coming from out of state.

Hi! There's a lot of apartments near the National campus and I think most of them are 12 but I'm sure you can ask for 15 months or so! My advice would to stay around campus because that area is nice, close to a lot of shopping and groceries store but also on the safer side of town. There's also Woodward park near by and is nice if you like taking walks or runs! I would just stay away from the downtown area, although there's some pockets of nice living areas, we have a lot of homeless and a higher crime rate there. Feel free to reach out if you need any other input!

Definitely 15 months and not 24. If I were you I would look into Northern Fresno where the campus is located. Fresno is huge with many great areas of living and many high crime areas. Clovis is also a potential option however, this is further from the campus and is likely more expensive.
