It was on the spot at interview time. But they said they will offer few like these on the spot and the rest will be in 2 weeks.

A piece of advice that I've heard is to email them a thank you letter AND include responses to the questions you missed/didn't know the answers to. Here are some resources directly from their FAQ page (https://nationaluniversitynewapplicantfaq.com):
