I haven't found a thread yet for NU's Cohort 83, so I figured I'd make one.

Trying to see who else has dropped an application & has been nervous about it. Deadline should have been May 9th.

I read somewhere here that their interview was only 5 minutes.

I was freaking out because mine was somewhere in 10-minute mark.

I got my interview yesterday too! It lasted for about 15 mins I think. I threw some questions to them towards the end. Hopefully, it helped! 
 

They asked me the ff:

why do u want to be a nurse and why NU?

what would I do if there was a situation where I did everything right, by the book, and still the outcome was not good. What did u learn?

what would I do if I hear 2 students talking about…( LOL I forgot this)

anyway, she then told me the interview went great hopefully we all get accepted 🤞

Yes hopefully! Mine asked me if I'm excited to start soon so I'm not sure what exactly that means but I hope we all get in.

Hello everyone, I just found this chat and I'm wishing everyone the best of luck! I hope we all hear something soon. 🙂 I had my interview yesterday and got asked the same questions. I was reading other cohort chats and I saw some people were notified within days. Who knows how long they will take to send out emails.

Yea, hopefully even this weekend. When I got my interview email it was pretty late like 8pm on a Thursday. I have hope Monday we will know.

I've been thinking about our interviews nonstop, and I know I'm not the only one feeling the anticipation right now 🥲 It's wild to think how close we are to finding out if we made it into the program. Whether it's days or weeks away, I just want to say how proud I am of all of us. We showed up, spoke our truth, and now we wait. Sending all the good vibes and hoping we ALL get the news we're praying for!

I have too, I haven't been able to sleep especially the closer we get. I'm very nervous. I have been looking at other threads to see the students who got in and the ones who didn't just to get an idea on what they're looking for. Someone said they want diversity in their program meaning different age groups, balanced numbers females and males. Someone also said they saw their rubric and part of the rubric mentioned healthcare experience. I'm hoping we all get in.

Hey future nurses 💙 I just got word from the school that decision letters are being sent out tomorrow! Wishing all of us the best... this has been such a journey already, and I truly hope we all get the news we've been working so hard for. Manifesting good vibes and acceptance letters for Cohort 83! 🙏🏼
