Hi there,

Do you know how many times can we take the teas exam in a year ? I took mine and I got a very low grade. I got 67% and I was so disappointed because i did exert my energy for almost 2months preparing for it.

I believe at national only 3 times. But you can take it elsewhere! SDSU let's you take it five times if you need to. Then you just turn in your best score to national.. Your advisor should be able to verify this

Hi! I also applied to Cohort 48. I have 3.7 GPA and an 83.3 on the TEAS. I feel decent about my essay, but at the same time I find it to be so subjective...so who knows. This wait is so painful. Good luck everyone!

How did you find out your essay score? and overall score? I was also passed up and it really sucks.

i called my advisor as soon as i saw it online as denied- saw it online before the email came...

I emailed the nursing department. They called me and answered all my questions. Apparently the cut off score this cohort was 84 in case anyone is curious. Has anyone heard any more information like when orientation is?

Hi everyone! I was also accepted with a score of 94.04 I am so excited! I called today, Gwendolyn told me pre-orientation will be Monday 9/26 and our first day of class is 9/27. We'll be receiving our official acceptance letters by the end of this week along with relevant paperwork and immunization instructions.

What is pre-orientation? Is it different from a regular orientation prior to starting the program?
