National University - Cohort 61 -SD

I wanted to start this for those who are applying to Cohort 61. Has anyone been to a recent nursing info session where they've gone over anything about the newly added interview component?

I did not call but my GPA is 3.6 and teas is 82.9

Do they give 2nd and 3rd time applicants priority? Because I didn’t make the cut but I had higher scores than some people that moved on to the interviews. I’m super discouraged and I just want to know that maybe next time around they’ll consider me. I also owed costs for the stats class we had to take (not all of it was paid off), would that have affected getting accepted?!

My friend owed like 2 gs but got accepted. What’s your gpa and teas?

I don’t think anyone knows anything outside of gpa and teas... average was 3.4 and 85%

She got accepted last cohort. Are you sure you turned in everything?

I turned in everything.

My reason for denial was “not competitive enough” but my GPA is 3.7 and teas 82.7

I’m not sure but someone on here got alternate with GPA of 3.6 and teas of 81. I don’t think it’s bcoz you owe anything. Like I said my friend got accepted and she has a huge balance. I’m not really sure why.
