National University Cohort 81 - deadline November 8, 2024

Hello everyone!

I am making this thread for anyone who is applying for NU's cohort 81. The application deadline for this cohort is on November 8, 2024. This is my second time applying for the program after getting denied from the last cohort due to my TEAS score. My stats are 3.73 GPA and 94 on the TEAS which I retook the other day. I also have 3 years of healthcare experience working mainly in behavioral health.

So sorry about this 😣 Since your GPA is already in good standing, definitely work on raising your TEAS score to be above 85. I know you'll get in for the next cohort!

I haven't received an email but my status changed to alternate. I think they have until the first few days of school starting to offer us a spot (April) but if we decide to wait we can't apply for the next cohort while we're waiting, so that means applying during Summer for next January.

Read it on the last cohorts threads and my friends  that currently attend National confirmed. Hoping they change that rule for this cohort 🤞🏽

Hey again! Thank you so much and congrats again for getting in! I'll definitely reach out to you soon 😊 Also, good luck with Pharm! I hear it's a challenging course, but doable. Hopefully I can handle the course load of the program.

Hi All, I applied to Cohort 81, got an interview but didn't get in. I applied again to cohort 82, I just got the interview email again. 
 

If it's OK, to the people who got it, can you guys please share your resume just for reference thank you.

Hi, 

For the GPA, do they mainly consider the math and science GPA or the cummulative GPA? 

My stats: 

cummulative GPA: 3.3

math and science: 3.0

TEAS: 92 

I'm in the process of retaking courses at Straighterline (A&P and micro) and taking the biomed stats class at NU. 

 

Any help would be great. im applying to the LA campus.
