I am making this thread for anyone who is applying for NU's cohort 81. The application deadline for this cohort is on November 8, 2024. This is my second time applying for the program after getting denied from the last cohort due to my TEAS score. My stats are 3.73 GPA and 94 on the TEAS which I retook the other day. I also have 3 years of healthcare experience working mainly in behavioral health.
No, I'm so sad... I was hoping there's more coming in. But in the back of my head, why would they send it different days? they must've picked the 40 from the pool of applicants already.

That is true; I didn't receive mine, either. It's OK, there's always next time. We got this. I am wondering if they will ghost us or send a notification.
I feel like they haven't sent all of them out yet, or I'm hoping so🤞 maybe just because of the holiday. They should at least send out a rejection letter

That was what I was hoping for. This waiting game is not my strong suit, to be honest. I looked at my application, and it says it was still submitted, so I hope that was happening. Well, whatever happens, I am happy for all of us who have this courage to stick through till now.
I know. I feel such a downer. My friend applied last year for the Spring cohort. They got there acceptance first week of January and the rejection few days after, and some waitlist. Still hoping for the best!
I'm so sorry for everyone who hasn't gotten theirs yet! I think since it's Christmas no one from the office is sending any emails out. Hopefully you'll receive yours later this week or next week! The email said we have until January 3rd to submit our acceptance through our portal so there's still a chance! I hope to start the cohort with all of you this coming Spring 😭
I'm trying to stay positive but while searching other cohorts threads I saw that everyone received their acceptance letters the same day and the rejection letters came in few days later. I'm hoping the holidays delayed the process but on the back of my head I know it makes no sense to not send them out on the same day especially if you're going to be out of the office for the holidays 😞

I know that's what I also think; it's okay; there's always next time. Maybe this time was not our time yet to shine. Keep hoping and dreaming, sending peace and hugs to everyone still waiting. For now, let's enjoy Christmas eve with peace (though it is har,d but still try) 🙂❤️
