honestly it didn't go as well as I would have hoped. I did okay with all the other sections as expected, but I really blew it on the science. ended up getting an overall 76%. I also didn't study anything for reading since I've always done exceptionally well on that area, and ended up getting an 80 on that, which surprised me. I think I did really well on the essay though, so hopefully that'll bump me up a bit. The prompt had something to do with nursing school having a tough schedule and balancing it in my life. My science gpa is 3.5. I don't know, we have so long to wait until we get an answer. I heard that this cohort is probably going to be pretty large, applicant wise, since they reverted back to the old pre-req requirements over the summer. A lot of people that weren't eligible before, were once that changed, so they applied to this cohort.
Have you taken the TEAS and everything yet?
Hello All! I've applied to the accelerated cohort 46. My science GPA is 3.7 and my first Tea's attempt was an 80%. I have read in previous threads that the previous cohorts tea's cut-off scores have been around 80-83%. I am retaking the test one last time to hopefully improve my score! I am applying to Roseman's in Salt Lake City as a backup but am really hoping to stay in California! Best of luck to everyone!
