Is anyone going to the National NSNA convention (Nashville, TN) in April? I was thinking about going, but don't have anyone to room with. So if you are looking for a roommate for the convention, post here! Thanks!

do you have to be in the NSNA to go? i'm actually from nashville, and i go to a school here that didnt advertise it. my fiance got into it at her college nearby and is planning on going.
id like to go and see the different opportunities there are, but im not apart of the organization (because our college didnt offer it. boo)

Yes it is open to all, but naturally the registration is more expensive. It is actually cheaper to register as a NSNA member and then register for the event than to pay the non-member fee.
Deadline for early registration online is the 30th though so get on it if you are gonna go.
how do you register as a nsna member then?
NSNA.org and there is a join tab at the top. Its $30 for the year.
Registration for the event - $90 w/ NCLEX review $110
Non members - $150 w/ NCLEX review $180
So you see it actually saves you $30 to join and then register
thats awesome. thanks so much im going to register now.
Carrie, I'm an idiot ... I just realized I can't send PM's ... but I'm available to split the cost of any room in Nashville. I'll even sleep on the floor at this point (with an inflatable mattress!) :) ... Any other takers?

i signed up today to go! im very excited about staying at the gaylord resort. i heard it was nice. can't wait to meet u all.
Lame! I would have loved to but now that it's so late my school would not let me go. I was going to miss a clinical and make it up ahead of time and now that is a no go =(
awww... thats all right, anyone else interested in splitting a room with me?
