Any one applying for Nursing at NCC for Fall 2018?
Thanks! Nothing yet, but they just received everything on Monday the 16th.I've heard mix reviews about their nursing program, but either way I need to get my BSN.
Just really hoping for NCC evening first.
I've hear mixed reviews too. My friend is graduating from the first 4 year bsn class next spring 2019. She said in the beginning it was chaotic because the chairperson quit but now they have it together. She heard though that LIU Brooklyn is taking away the students capstone, basically when they would orient 1:1 with a nurse for a certain amount of hours. So she's not sure if they are going to do that for Post also? They still have them applying to capstones in the mean time.
I also got into Adelphi but you need every single pre req in order to even start the nursing classes which I think is beyond ridiculous. I don't have chemistry and there program offers a 5 credit class (adelphi) which if you were to take at NCC would be Chem 131 and 200. So 8 credits total. Such BS.
So post seems the most reasonable at the moment cause I can start in May and take 2 summer classes. A girl in my medical microbio class is starting in the Fall at post too.
115 points according to what I calculated 2 of my classes didn't countI don't know immso acres I applied for daytime as well but only God knows how many people applied for that
Fingers crossed you get in!!! I'm not sure how many applications they got but hopefully you can get a seat for the day program.
