What is the difference between Active and Member-at-large? besides the price?

Is it worth the $$$? I am a member of the INA (Illinois Nursing Association) and thinking that the journal would be a great resource.

I am going to the conference in Boston. I used to live in MA and we visited Boston about once a month. It is a fantastic city!! Anyone from SC going?

I'm a member and I think it is worth it for the journal and reference material alone. You can also get continuing education online for free. NASN is also a good national voice for us.
