NANDA nursing dx. for postpartum

I am needing one medical and psychosocial diagnoses for a postpartum pt that had no complications during labor. The only complication was straining when she urinates. My Nursing Diagnosis book is not really helpful for labor/postpartum. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Acute pain R/T postpartum physiologic changes aeb giving birth

Interrupted family process R/T shift of roles to include new member aeb birth of newborn

Here's a couple I could think of. Regardless if the pt had complications, they always have pain after delivery and pain is always a priority. Then I thought the shift to include the family member could be the phsycosocial dx.

Thank you SO much. My nursing diagnosis book is not good for labor & delivery!!

Which book do you have?

There will always be a readiness for enhanced knowledge....my profs never let me forget that one if all else fails. Not saying it's the BEST nursing diagnosis, but it is an option.
